1. Has this got a male and female plug and socket? Yes 

2. I have seen these a lot cheaper? Yes, But they are only 1.5mm wire and could be dangerous. We only sell 2.5mm.

3. Can I leave it coiled up when in use? No Please do not leave coiled up always completely unroll them.
